Android Marshmallow Update Confirmed for Lenovo Smartphones










Greetings for Lenovo users now they can able to update their smartphone from Lollipop to latest Android firmware, Andorid Marshmallow v6.0. Company has finally announced the list of smartphone that will get this FOTA update. Most of these android phones are already running on Android Lollipop but in the coming time they can be update to latest Marshmallow though that time is not in this year but guaranteed to next year. See below whether your phone is eligible for software upgrade or not.

















The Lenovo smartphones which will get Android Marshmallow software upgrade are K3 NoteA7000 and A7000 PlusVibe S1 and Vibe P1. For the list of all lenovo smartphones to get update, please refer to this link.







A point to be noted that the Marshmallow update will not be available such soon. The latest firmware update is schedule to release somewhere in September 2016. At the time when Google N will be due. But it is confirmed that the listed phone will get Marshmallow upgrade for sure.





Though the Lenovo flagship device Vibe Z2 Pro is not listed in the software upgrade candidate list. It might be possible that company over think to provide the latest update in coming time. Still the recent Vibe P1 and S1 owners can enjoy the early update which is scheduled at June 2016.
